Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with strict control of all stages, preserving the wine’s aromatic integrity and fresh fruit character.
Aging
Part of the wine ages in stainless steel to enhance its liveliness, while the rest matures in wooden barrels for at least 8 months, gaining structure and complexity.
A further refinement in bottle for at least 3 months completes the process.
