Vinification|After crushing followed by a cold maceration to allow the aromatic extraction of different grape varieties, the juice is separated from the skins.
After the fermentation with temperature control not exceeding 16°C, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in tank using the “Charmat Method” to
achieve a fine perlage.
Before bottling, the wine lays “sur lies” to complete the maturity.
Food pairings|Ideal as an aperitif, it will combine very well with a light meal, sushis, white meat and fish.
Also very good with pizza.
Wine tasting Colour|Pale pink with light shades of orange.
Bouquet|Fruity and elegant with hints of rose, violet and mandarin.
Palate|Very pleasant and refreshing, elegant notes of raspberry and strawberry.
Well balanced and a good minerality and acidity. Persistent fruity after taste.
