Uve|Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Croatina, Cabernet, Rebo, Oseleta, Teroldego, Merlot and Marzemino, the best grapes selected by hand.
Soil type|calcareo, tufaceo
Vinification|Emblema, from the Greek “what is inside, mosaic of sensations”, is born from the selection of the 10 best grape varieties of our estate. All grapes are harvested in the best state of ripening and placed in the plateaux for the drying. The drying phase is natural and lasts about 45 days, at this time the sugars are concentrated, but the primary aromas remain intact. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel with complete control of temperature, daily machining allows maximum extraction from the skins.
Aging|The wine rests in medium-sized French oak barrels for at least 3 years.

Food pairings|Wonderful, soft and structured wine. Perfect expression of the synthesis between Valpolicella (fruit), Amarone (power) and Recioto (softness). It combines with sought-after dishes such as: meat tartare, culatello di Zibello, tasty and seasoned cheeses, extra-dark chocolate. Meditation wine.
Wine tasting Colour|Ruby red color with slightly garnet reflections.
Bouquet|High fruit maturity, elegant and complex, with deep spice.
Palate|In the mouth there is a fusion of extract, power and roundness, dense, complex and an ever persistent after taste.
